TEACHER GRANTS

Grant Applications
BEF grants make a difference. Together with community support, we are able to encourage excellence and innovation that, in the words of one teacher, “are what set BPS apart from other districts.” There are several different grants available to teachers to fund projects in the arts, athletics, academics, technology, character education. These grants are meant to support idea, projects, exceptional programs and approaches which fall outside of the regular school or district budgeting parameters.

Online Grant Application

Thanks for visiting the  BEF Online Grant Application!

We have created two documents to guide you as you apply for a grant. We strongly recommend viewing both prior to beginning your application.
  • Sample Grant Application
  • Grant Evaluation Questions & Hints for Applicants

A few notes before you get started:

We are currently accepting grants which will be reviewed on a monthly basis.  Grants submitted by the 1st of the month will be reviewed the same month.  Technology grants are due in March.

1. Make sure you have reviewed our grant guidelines before beginning your application. They can be found here: https://www.supportbef.org/grant-guidelines.html

2. After we receive your application, we will download it and email it to your administrator for their approval. We must have approval from your administrator prior to considering your application.

3. Finally, you cannot save your progress on this form.  We have created a template for you to use when drafting your application. It is highly recommended that you use this template, then cut and paste your answers in to the form below. Your progress on this form cannot be saved, and if the screen refreshes while you are typing, you will lose your work. The template can be downloaded by clicking here.
