The Groves Bagles and Book Club is in its fifth year and is a collaborative reading group, led by both staff and students. It is open to all Groves students. The purpose is to encourage reading for pleasure, as well as giving students the opportunity to discuss selected titles. The books for this year have been selected based on their literary merit, as well as their appeal to a broad spectrum of readers from ages 14-18, with a particular focus on books that will attract boys to join the club, as well as girls. The Groves Bagles and Book Club is in its fifth year and is a collaborative reading group, led by both staff and students. It is open to all Groves students. The purpose is to encourage reading for pleasure, as well as giving students the opportunity to discuss selected titles. The books for this year have been selected based on their literary merit, as well as their appeal to a broad spectrum of readers from ages 14-18, with a particular focus on books that will attract boys to join the club, as well as girls. FIRST has over 3,000 teams worldwide. This is the fifth year that the BPS team has participated in the FIRST competition.
